Kindly find the attached Manuals for the PS770 and PS870 WOW Ovens dated September 20, 2006.  They will be added to our Website in the coming days.

 

We had a meeting earlier this week and it was announced that our customers are baking several hundred thousand pizzas every week in the WOW Ovens……WOW!

 

Also….We are in production with a BRAND NEW model……a Gas Fired Counter Top Conveyor Oven, Model # PS520G.   It looks like the electric PS520E.  The Gas Train is very similar to our PS536GS….it uses two Inshot Burners (no burner/blower motor required), a new dual combination gas valve (smaller in size), the same modulating gas valve, same temperature controller, and it has a by-pass.   The conveyor is slightly different……we added the “adjustable” conveyor belt feature like our other models.  This feature allows the operator to easily adjust the tension of the conveyor belt.  This feature will be added to the Electric Model PS520E in the near future.

 

We are working on the Parts Manual right now, as well as adding the PS520G to our Current Production Part Number Matrix.  Once they are complete, I will forward you copies and they will be posted on the Website.

PS…if you did not get my 10MB email about re-crating the PS570 Series, we are trying to reduce the size of that file so you can receive it.  Many of you can not receive that large of a file.  Once this is accomplished, I’ll send it out again.
