Kindly find the attached Parts Manual for the PS570G Conveyor Oven with Modulating Gas Valve.

On the Title Page, you will notice our 9 and 10 digit serial number codes.  We recently produced our 10,000th Series Oven in Mid July, 2006.  Thank you for helping us achieve this milestone.  Just remember the last 4 digits are Month and Year Produced.

You will find the Table of Contents on page 2.  Please review it now so you understand what is included in this Parts Manual (U S Ladder Diagram on Page 26).  The document is also equipped with Bookmarks.  On several of the pages, you may see a reference to CE.  These components are required to meet the “Standards” for export ovens shipping overseas.

On Page 21 (item 43) and Page 23 (item 48A) shows a Part Number 30004 Crumb Pan.  This Part Number was originally used many years ago on the PS570S High Flame Solenoid Oven.  See attached photo titled “Current Crumb Pan – PS555-570-770-870”.  It is a direct replacement for Part Number 44811 Crumb Pan.  We will issue a Bulletin alerting you of an ‘interference” issue with Part Number 44811.  It appears our vendor supplied us with crumb pans with “stiffing lips” turned up instead of turned down.  Once the ovens were pre-heated, many times this “turned up lip” will touch the bottom of the moving conveyor belt as it returns.  In the event your techs see any crumb pans with these lips turned up as they perform our “Turnkey Program” or “Start Up” of the Ovens, kindly remove those style crumb pans from the job site and replace with Part Number 30004.  The population effected were produced in July, August and September, 2006 (Models effected are PS555, PS570, PS770, and PS870).

I’ll ask our Webmaster to add this PS570G Parts Manual to our Website, it should be there in a couple of days.

Thank You for your Support.
