have out grown our Production Capabilities here in Elgin, IL. Thank You for
your Service Support!
The Toastmaster
Heavy Duty Range Production Line has been moved to our SouthBend
Manufacturing Facility in North Carolina. This is will allow us to expand
our Production Capabilities of our WOW Oven Technologies PLUS introduce a
number of other NEW Energy Efficient Conveyor Ovens in the near future.
It makes sense
for the Replacement Parts Inventory, Technical Support Assistance and
Warranty Claim Payments be under roof at SouthBend, Fuquay-Varina, NC.
Please be
patient with us during this transition.
A number of
semi-trailers have just arrived at SouthBend and they are busy unloading and
organizing this shipment, gearing up for production and getting prepared to
fill your Replacement Parts Orders.
All the
Replacement Parts for these Ranges no longer inventoried here in Elgin.
Kindly remove them from your future Purchase Orders......our Elgin Parts
Department will not be able to acknowledgement them nor fill those orders.
Once we get
word next week on SouthBend's progress, we will communicate to you when they
will be ready to accept your:
Purchase Orders for All Toastmaster Range Parts
Email and Phone calls for Technical Assistance
In Warranty Billing at their Labor Rates and Mileage Rates.........
in the meantime, continue to send us your warranty claim forms (as before)
and feel free to contact my Technical Support Group here in Elgin for any
Technical Questions.
I'll also
address any changes, if any, to Policy, Parts Discounting and Procedures for
your Stock Orders if different from what you are used to. I have asked for
a report identifying any previous Parts Orders of yours where there were
Range Parts on back order here in Elgin. We will have to deal with each one
individually.
