Hello, We recently made some changes to our Conveyor Ovens.
First: A few of our customers have asked us to offer the 600 degree F Middleby Temperature Controller, Part Number 47321. It will replace the 550 degree F Temperature Controller, Part Number 58504. The previous change happened about 12 months ago. A few of our customers (mostly International Customers) do require a bake temperature higher than 550 degrees F for their products. The List Price is $765.29 and the discount will be the same as the 58504. This change will effect all Middleby and Blodgett Conveyor Ovens previously using the 58504 Temperature Controller. It is a direct replacement.
Second: Modulating Gas Valve Part Number 41647 has been replaced by Part Number 59450. The list price is $263.25 It is a direct replacement for Part Number 41647.
Third: Main Bearing Part Number 22072-0017 has been replaced by Part Number 57321. The current production models effected are the PS555 Gas and Electric Fired Ovens and PS570G Gas Fired Ovens. The list price is $300.00
This bearing has been used on the PS670, PS770, and PS870 WOW Ovens and many of you are already stocking this bearing if you have WOW Ovens in your territory. These new bearings are vendor filled with High Temperature Krytox #226 Grease. Our Vendor has eliminated the zerk fitting. This sealed bearing will increase the reliability of our PS555/PS570 Series Ovens and reduce our customer's preventative maintenance costs.
Once I have the starting serial numbers, they will be posted. I suspect all these changes will take place this month.
I have made these changes to the new PS570G Parts Manual along with correcting a few typo's, Plus I added the part numbers of all the Replacement Brushes for all the Conveyor Drive Motors that we have used on the PS570 series.....you can easily download this Parts Manual at this link
This New SPL 102406-PF-BD dated October 24, 2006 replaces the one I just emailed out about a month ago.
My email files are so large many times, I have asked our Webmaster to figure out a way to post these documents, in advance, on the Middleby Website with a link.
