Data to Report About the Toastmaster Move
Hi.....Attached
is a list of Toastmaster Model Numbers affected. Please forward this list
on to your folks. I am confident Nu-Vu and Southbend will be on-line with
in two weeks. Everybody involved is working hard to "Make it Happen".
I now
have Quantity 2 - Excel List(s) of all Toastmaster Parts affected.....but it
includes all the parts....not just the replacement part numbers. I have
asked if our IT Folks can compare that data to our Replacement Parts Price
List and only record the matches in two separate excel files (one for
Southbend and the other for Nu-Vu)........I have not heard back from them
yet. This is a short week for us. I have discovered that some Replacement
Parts may still be used in Elgin and Nu-Vu, Nu-Vu and Southbend, Elgin and
Southbend....and I suspect in time, a few parts will be found to be used at
all three plants (cooling fan(s), thermostat(s), dial knob(s), 4" counter
top leg(s)).

all your phone calls and emails asking good questions, voicing
concerns and suggesting great ideas. As I collect more data, I will
forward that data to you.

PS: The
Middleby Service School in December is now filled....I hope to develop the
2007 Training Calendar in the coming weeks. I have 7 seats already filled
for the January School. That date has not been selected yet. Thank your
