Subject: Quick Reference of Critical Electrical Parts
Hello……Attached is our final copy of Electrical Parts Matrix. We find many of the Techs you send us for training, once they have figured out what has failed, do not have the tools to figure out what parts numbers they need to fix our conveyor ovens…..we find they phone us long distance, sometimes having to wait long periods of time, or they phone your parts dept….in any event……valuable time is lost…….maybe this matrix might benefit them…..it has the model numbers along the top, description along the left side margin and part number….we have shaded the rows to assist them…..
Let me know how we can improve this tool…..it is in Excel so you will be able to taylor it to your tech’s needs…..maybe even add the prices, eliminating another phone call.
