Pre-Installation Manuals are intended for the store owner who is preparing for a Middleby Marshall oven installation.  These manuals describe the steps necessary to prepare a facility for an oven installation.  This includes gas and electric utility requirements, unpacking instructions, and a guide to disassembly of the oven to allow it to be moved into the facility.  A printed copy of the Pre-Installation Manual is shipped with each oven.
